51198947-100 is a power supply from Honeywell, made for DCS systems. It works with an AC input from 85 to 264 VAC, or a 48V DC battery. When powered by AC, it gives 25.25 VDC at 10A. When using a 48V battery, it gives 24.25 VDC. It also has a charging circuit for that battery. For line frequency sync, it outputs 6 VAC at 35mA. It runs full load from -20°C to +55°C. Above 55°C, you need to lower the load by 0.5A for each extra °C, up to 65°C.
